பொறுத்தல் இறப்பினை என்றும் அதனை மறத்தல் அதனினும் நன்று.

Poruththal irappinaiye enrum athanai Maraththal athanindum nandru.

To forbear an offense is to overcome death itself; to forget it altogether is better still.
