கல்லா ஒருவன் தகைமை தலைப்பெய்து சொல்லாடச் சோர்வு படும்.

Kallā oruvan thakamai thalaip-peydu sollāṭa sōrvu padum.

An ignorant man bears shame upon his head; / his inability to speak leaves him exhausted.
