புகழ்ந்தவை போற்றிச் செயல்வேண்டும் செய்யாது இகழ்ந்தார்க்கு எழுமையும் இல்.

Pugazhndhaval poortrish seyalvendum seyyadhu Igazhndharku ezhumulayum il.

You must do the deeds that earn praise, and abandon those that incur scorn. For those who disregard virtue, no future stands.
