தெரிதலும் தேர்ந்து செயலும் ஒருதலையாச் சொல்லலும் வல்லது அமைச்சு.

Terithalum thērndhu seyalum oruthalāya sollalum valladu amaichu.

A minister must master three things: discerning the situation, executing the action with unwavering resolve, and speaking the word with authority. All three are the work of counsel.
