கொளப்பட்டேம் என்றெண்ணிக் கொள்ளாத செய்யார் துளக்கற்ற காட்சி யவர்.

Kolappaṭṭēm eṉṟeṇṇik koḷḷāta seyyār tuḷakkaṟṟa kāṭci yavar

Those whose sight is unclouded will not do what should not be done, thinking "we shall be caught." Their clarity forbids the act before fear of consequence can tempt them.
