நிலைமக்கள் சால உடைத்தெனினும் தானை தலைமக்கள் இல்வழி இல்.

Nilaimakkal sāla udaitheninum thānai thalaimmakkal il-vaḻi il.

Though subordinates may possess great wealth, without leaders of excellence there is no path forward.
