உட்பகை அஞ்சித்தற் காக்க உலைவிடத்து மட்பகையின் மாணத் தெறும்.

Uṭ-pagai añjit-tat kaakka ulaividat-tu Maṭ-pagai-in maana-t teṟum.

Guard against the enemy within through vigilance; then the enemy without—mere clay—crumbles into dust.
