குணம்நாடிக் குற்றமும் நாடி அவற்றுள் மிகைநாடி மிக்க கொளல்.

Gunam naadi kutram um naadi avattrul migai naadi mikka kolal.

Seek out virtue; seek out fault as well. Of these two, weigh which preponderates, and choose the one that overbalances.
