உள்ளம் இலாதவர் எய்தார் உலகத்து வள்ளியம் என்னுஞ் செருக்கு.

Ullam ilādhavar eythār ulakatthu Valliyam ennuch serukku.

Those without restraint of mind will never achieve the grace that moves through this world; pride fed by wealth devours the spirit.
