ஒல்லும் கருமம் உடற்று பவர்கேண்மை சொல்லாடார் சோர விடல்.

ollum karumaṁ uḍaṟṟu pavar kēṇmai sollāḍār sōra viḍal

The work that can be done, do it now with your own hands. Do not hand it over to those whose words are soft—let them not grow slack.
